Consultants are needed where positive changes, optimizing, reorganization or mergers must be accomplished using external know-how. We are thoroughbred "Airliners" and are aware of our clients' needs. Therefore, solutions by INTRO Aviation always consider the entire value-added- chain. And we will only be satisfied once obvious weak points have turned into new strong points: measurable successes in business.
Option 1: We will provide our services based on a fixed consultancy fee: On a daily, monthly or yearly basis or on the basis of a project.
Option 2: You are experiencing a liquidity squeeze: Then we will compensate our service by a combination of fixed fees and company shares.
Option 3: If necessary we will, under conditions to be agreed upon, acquire shares in your airline in order to implement the required management services economically and effectively.
Consultants become shareholders.
