Either way you choose, partial consulting as per the airline’s needs or holistic turnaround management, we offer our expertise on the basis of the following options.

Option 1:
The airline pays a consulting fee (daily, monthly or yearly based).

Option 2:
Should the airline be short on cash the fee can be split in a minor cash ratio and equity.

Option 3:
In order to be able to realize the needed management measures INTRO Aviation is prepared to buy equity of the airline.

Option 4:
We measure ourselves with the results we achieve for you. Instead of a fixed fee or equity we only participate on the result improvement we achieved.
